There are many fertility drugs for women today, but your treatment plan will depend on the cause or causes behind your infertility. Women who are infertile and do not produce eggs need effective medications which can help them regulate ovulation. Working of these medications is considered as natural hormones which can make ovulation active. Besides medication treatment, fertility drugs for women are also good ideas to help them with ovulation because they can help protect women against cervical cancer. There are 4 best fertility drugs for women, they are known and used the most including: Human Menopausal Gonadotropins (HMG), Clomiphene, Bromocriptine, and Aromatase inhibitors. However, there are still some alternative solutions for women such as herbs, vitamins, and chiropractic.

• The Human Menopausal Gonadotrophins (HMG) is a natural medication in fertility drugs for women used to help induce ovulation in women with certain fertility issues. HMG contain both LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), hormones needed to help trigger ovulation. HMG are found in the urine of postmenopausal women. They are removed from this urine, sterilized, and then used in fertility treatment. HMG work to trigger the release of LH and FSH in the body. HMG works on the pituitary gland, causing it to release LH and FSH. This, in turn, stimulates ovulation

• Another of helpful fertility drugs for women is Clomiphene, which works by changing the hormone balance of the body. In women, this causes ovulation to occur and prepares the body for pregnancy. Clomiphene stimulates the release of hormones necessary for ovulation to occur. It is used to stimulate ovulation (the release of an egg) when a woman’s ovaries can produce a follicle but hormonal stimulation is deficient. It may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide. It is taken orally and has a success rate of about 60%.

•Bromocriptine is one of the most effective fertility drugs for women. It is used to treat acromegaly (overproduction of growth hormone) and pituitary prolactinomas (tumors of the pituitary gland). This medicine helps by suppressing prolactin, which is a hormone that can stop ovulation if released in large amounts. Although it is safe for the most part, you should also consider some side effects such as headaches and nausea. Bromocriptine can help 90% of women release eggs when using it.

• Aromatase inhibitors are new fertility drugs for women which stop the production of estrogen in post-menopausal women. There are three aromatase inhibitors: Arimidex (chemical name: anastrozole), Aromasin (chemical name: exemestane), Femara (chemical name: letrozole) which work by blocking the enzyme aromatase, which turns another enzyme, androgen, into small amounts of estrogen in the body. This means that less estrogen is available to stimulate the growth of hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer cells. Aromatase inhibitors can’t stop the ovaries from making estrogen, so aromatase inhibitors only work in post-menopausal women. Although this kind of fertility drugs for women has to face many debates whether it is useful treatment or not, women should consider it as a good option for their infertility problem.

Infertility is a condition when both men and women can not conceive after trying one year or more. There are many causes of infertility problem but the most common factors leading to infertility in both sexes are ovulation disorder, having a history of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), exposure to sure toxins, different hormone levels, and habits of a couple.

Many people usually ignore bad lifestyle factors and habits and do not think that they can cause infertility, they are obviously making serious mistake. These lifestyle factors include habits relating to nicotine  and alcohol elements such as smoking, drinking and using drugs; stress; unhealthy diet; excessive exercising and physical activity; sexual habits such as using lubricants.

These factors can be overcome, but they usually leave done and permanent damage for some individuals, especially, for individuals over 35 years old who have physical impairment to their reproductive systems. With these cases, medicine seems to be chosen by most of people because they do not want to have surgery, even some people will try holistic approaches that focus on lifestyle, dieting and physical therapy. However, in some way, surgery is very necessary for a couple to conceive because it can directly and rapidly repair the reproductive system.

Infertility can also be caused by untreated STDs and pelvic inflammatory diseases (PIDs) because these diseases can damage and scar the reproductive tract which stops the fallopian tubes. Many studies show the number of infertile women with PIDs is 21%. PIDs usually have no symptoms when being infected, so women can not discover for proper treatment.

Not only PIDs but STDs can also cause infertility in both men and women.  Sexually transmitted diseases are infections that are passed from person to person through sexual contact. STDs can have serious effects on your reproductive system, especially if you leave them untreated. With men, STDs develop epididymitis which causes inflammation in the one of the vessels transporting semen from the testicles. Epididymitis can result in the complete blockage of these vessels, causing male infertility.

Men who have untreated STDs can transfer the STD to their girlfriends and wives, causing them to have reproductive problems too. Unfortunately, because many STDs cause only minor symptoms, many infected men and women do not get the necessary treatment. As a result, a large number of people suffer the effects of STD-induced infertility.

Many women who contract STDs do not develop visible STD symptoms, and, as a result, are more likely not to seek prompt treatment. This can be a major cause of infertility. Some unaddressed STDs can cause an infection of the reproductive organs.

These diseases are hard to identify but if once doctors underline these problems, treatment is easily available. So, both men and women should take examination from doctors regularly.

Panic is acute, short-lived, extreme anxiety with accompanying physical symptoms. Panic attacks cause such symptoms as chest pain, choking, sweating dizziness, nausea and shortness of breathing, fear of going crazy or of losing control, trembling or shaking, detachment from environment. However, panic attacks differ from panic disorders. Panic disorder is diagnosed when people experience at least two unprovoked and unexpected panic attacks. The frequency of attacks can vary greatly. Some people have weekly or even daily attacks that occur for months, whereas others have several daily attacks followed by weeks or months without attacks. When people experience them as part of panic disorder, frequently anticipate and worry about another attack—a condition called anticipatory anxiety.

Do you have an anxiety disorder?

If you identify with several of the following signs and symptoms, you may be suffering from an anxiety disorder.

1. Are you constantly tense, worried, or on edge?
2. Are you plagued by fears that you know are irrational, but can’t shake?
3. Do you believe that something bad will happen if certain things aren’t done a certain way?
4.  Do you avoid everyday situations or activities because they make you anxious?

The more conventional treatments for panic and anxiety disorders include a wide variety of medications. Medication may be used in the short-term to relieve severe anxiety symptoms so that other forms of therapy can be pursued. Drugs that are used to treat panic and anxiety disorder include antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs such as benzodiazepines. Most types of anti-depressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), and serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs)—are effective.

When a drug is effective, it prevents or greatly reduces the number of panic and anxiety attacks. A drug may have to be taken for a long time because panic and anxiety attacks often return once the drug is stopped. The next step is to consult with a therapist who has experience treating anxiety disorders. The therapist will work with you to determine the cause and type of your anxiety disorder and devise a course of treatment. People with panic and anxiety disorder are more receptive to treatment if they understand that the disorder involves both physical and psychological processes and that treatment must address both.

Drug therapy and treatment for panic and anxiety disorders can only help you reduce symptoms and take back control of your life, not a cure from this bothersome condition.
